All orders are dispatched via **Australia Post**, our trusted national courier. This ensures reliable delivery across Australia, including metropolitan, regional and remote areas.
Processing Times
* Orders are typically processed and packed within **1–3 business days** after payment is received.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* During peak periods (such as school terms, promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on your location:
* **Standard Shipping:** 2–7 business days
* **Regional / Remote Areas:** 5–10 business days
Language Pathways is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or factors outside our control, such as weather events or public holidays.
Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Authority to Leave
By default, Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe place if no one is available to receive the delivery. If you prefer **signature on delivery** or have specific delivery instructions, please ensure this is noted at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Language Pathways is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

* Photos of any damage (if applicable)
